At Calabretta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept free returns within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with tags and labels still attached.

We offer express shipping for all orders. The following flat shipping fees apply:

  • Greater Toronto Area: $10
  • Canada (outside the GTA): $20
  • USA: $35
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $325 qualify for free express shipping within Canada only.

Note: All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. Processing times may extend during peak periods or holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

Care instructions

Cotton

To care for your cotton sweater, hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water. Wash with similar colors, turning the garment inside out for washing and ironing. Use a laundry bag for protection, reshape while wet, and avoid ironing on any decoration. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Iron on a low temperature to maintain its texture.

Wool

To maintain the quality of your Merino wool sweater, hand wash or machine wash on a wool program in cold water. Be sure to wash with similar colors and turn the garment inside out before washing and ironing. Use a laundry bag for extra protection, reshape while wet, and avoid ironing directly on any decoration. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean. Iron at a low temperature to keep your sweater looking its best.
