At Calabretta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept free returns within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with tags and labels still attached.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer express shipping for all orders. The following flat shipping fees apply:

  • Greater Toronto Area: $10
  • Canada (outside the GTA): $20
  • USA: $35
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $325 qualify for free express shipping within Canada only.

Note: All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. Processing times may extend during peak periods or holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

Care Instructions

Cotton-Silk

To preserve the softness and longevity of your cotton-silk knitwear, we recommed the following care,

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently press out excess water – avoid wringing or twisting. Lay flat to dry on a clean dry towel or mesh surface. Iron on reverse side using low heat if needed. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry clean using a delicate cycle if preferred.

Avoid soaking, as prolonged water exposure can weaken silk fibers. Store folded, not hung, to maintain the garment’s shape.
