At Calabretta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept free returns within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, returns will not be accepted. Please review our guidelines below to understand our online return process. In-store returns are not accepted.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with tags and labels still attached.

Note: Final sale items are non-returnable. In-store returns are not accepted.

Return Limitations:

  • Only one size or colour per product style is eligible for free return shipping per order. If multiple returns of the same product in different sizes or colours are submitted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • If you return items from the same order at different times, the first return is free, but return shipping costs for subsequent returns will be deducted from your refund.
2. Holiday Returns

To make holiday shopping easier, we offer an extended return window for purchases made during the holiday season. For items purchased between November 1st and December 25th, you will have until January 31st to submit a return request. All other return conditions apply. Items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by filling out the Return Form.
  2. After submitting the form, we will send you return instructions along with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals, then attach the return shipping label.
  4. Ship the package back to us following the provided instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
  • If you used a third-party payment provider (e.g., PayPal), please check with them directly for their refund timelines.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item(s) do not meet our return criteria. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 days of confirmation, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email. It has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Custom-Made or Personalized Items

Custom-made garments are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please carefully review all measurements and specifications before placing your order.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return the gift and receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift credit will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shop@calabretta.com to arrange the exchange.

9. Shipping Costs
  • Free returns apply only to a single purchase of an item. If you return multiple sizes or colours, or if you make multiple returns from the same order at different times, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective or damaged items, we cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
11. Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, and we aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible. For any exceptional cases, please contact our customer support team at shop@calabretta.com, and we will work to find a solution.

12. Packaging Requirements

Ensure that items are securely packaged in their original condition, including any protective materials (e.g. dust bags or original boxes). You may use a similar shipping package to the one used for delivery

13. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately at shop@calabretta.com with photos of the damage or defect, and we will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
